Departure Announcement

We want to inform our patients that Chelsey Kosik, NP, will be leaving ENT South effective May 30, 2025, as she pursues new professional opportunities. Chelsey has been a valued part of our team for the past four years, and it has been her privilege to care for you and your families during that time.

To ensure continuity of care, Amber Brannon, NP, has joined our practice and will be taking over the care of Chelsey’s patients. Amber is a skilled and compassionate provider, and we are confident you will be in excellent hands.
